If I remember from last peeking at the form before it disappeared in the form pile, the first payment can't be made by direct debit, it must be by cheque or prefereably cash with no receipt to pay for their jollies out to hang, draw and quarter completely innocent allied health professionals.

Mike thats the kind of game you want to get into. A nice $40.k a year kinda job. Or you could always work for lidl and get a company car thrown in.
